Who this notice covers
SKYAI LABS is the brand of SKYAI Company Limited, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This notice describes how this website handles project enquiries. Any additional data arrangements for a client project are agreed separately.
Information you share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service interest, and project description. Your company name is optional. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, or sensitive personal information in your message.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to understand your request, assess a potential project, and respond to you. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing messages or sell your information.
Storage and service providers
This website runs on Google Cloud. Enquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. If email notifications are configured, your enquiry is also sent to the company’s designated inbox through Resend. These providers may process information in countries outside Tanzania. Records are not available through a public listing on this website.
Security and technical information
We validate submissions, limit repeated requests, and use a hash of connection information that changes hourly to help prevent abuse. Rate-limit records expire through scheduled database cleanup. We also record submission times and notification status. The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting services may record connection information for security and service operation.
Retention and your requests
We retain enquiry information to assess and discuss your request and manage the resulting business relationship. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing erick@skyailabs.com. Identify your message as a privacy request and use the email address associated with the original enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Changes to this notice
